Event Space Rental Pricing Guide

During Normal Hours

Includes 3,000 sq ft event space, use of bar area, and a DJ booth with professional sound system

FRI-SUN 3.5 hrs: $220
($100 each additional hr) 
includes setup time

MON-THUR 3.5 hrs: $180
($70 each additional hr)
 
includes setup time


FRI-SAT 1 Day Booking: $1,000 

Friday 11am -8pm OR 9pm closing IS an additional $300 with breakdown until 11pm

Saturday 10am-8pm OR 10pm closing is an additional $300 with breakdown until 11pm

SUN-THUR 1 Day Booking: $600 

FRI-SUN 3 Day Booking: $2,500

Includes use of a changing room


Package Add Ons:

Table Rentals: 6ft tables available free of charge

Popcorn Machine Rental: $50 fee

HD Projector/11 ft Screen Rental: $50 fee

Food & Beverage Service Fee: $50/hr

In-house Cleanup Services: $50                                                            

(No alcohol is permitted on-site per Florida law)

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date. A separate refundable security deposit is also required. All fees, including security deposit, must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date, or event can be subject to cancellation.
