Event Space Rental Pricing Guide
During Normal Hours
(includes 3,000 sq ft event space, use of bar area, DJ booth with professional sound system, superhero standees for photo-ops, staff member on hand)
FRI-SUN 3.5 hrs: $220 ($100 each additional hr) includes setup time
MON-THUR 3.5 hrs: $180 ($70 each additional hr) includes setup time
FRI-SAT 1 Day Booking: $1,000 use of 2 changing rooms for bride and groom or entertainer needs.
Friday 11am -8pm (1hr): 9pm closing is an additional $300 with breakdown until 11pm.
Saturday 10am-8pm (2hr): 10pm closing is an additional $300 with breakdown until 11pm.
SUN-THUR 1 Day Booking: $600 use of 2 changing rooms for bride and groom or entertainer needs.
FRI-SUN 3 Day Booking: $2,500 use of 2 changing rooms for bride and groom or entertainer needs.
In-house Cleanup Services: $25
Package Add Ons:
Table Rentals: 6ft tables available free of charge
Linen Rentals: Black full length banquet linens available at $10 per linen
Character Services: $125 fee per character, per hour for rental during event
Popcorn Machine Rental: $50 fee
HD Projector/11 ft Screen Rental: $50 fee
Food & Beverage Service Fee: $50/hr
(No alcohol is permitted on-site; Acme staff member will be there to offer food/drinks that you provide for your guest)

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date. A separate refundable security deposit is also required. All fees, including security deposit, must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date, or event can be subject to cancellation.
