Acme offers a competitive subscription pull service, to help you make sure you get the new comics you want, regardless of if you can make it in on a Wednesday. We get some basic info from you (name, phone number, address, e-mail address- none of the info is shared or public) which we use to create your file. Here are some of the benefits and stipulations for use of the service. 

• Free of Additional Charge
•  Can Add or Delete titles in person, via phone or e-mail, any time
• 10% Off ALL new comics (whether they are on your list or not)
• 10% Off ALL new trade paperbacks, hard covers, magazines and back issue comics. (as long as they are not already Sale priced)
• For larger files, you can put a credit card on file, and choose a date of the month to have us automatically charge it, putting those comics aside until you can make it in. We can also ship them to you within the continental United States. 
• Previews, the catalog that show everything coming out 2 months in advance has a cover price of $4.50. Our subscribers can purchase it for our cost, which is $3.00, or simply come in and browse a store copy in order to place an order, or add upcoming titles to your file. 

A few quick notes to help you better manage your subscription. 

• We require that you come in and clear out your file AT LEAST once a month. If we have not heard from you for over a month, we will try to contact you. Having not heard from you at 6 weeks, we freeze the file for a week. At the end of that time, we cancel the file. 
• We do NOT call you when your books come in. We have quite a few subscribers, and we would never get off the phone. But, you are welcome to call us to see if you have books in, in order to better plan your trip to the store. 
• For Previews order items OVER $50, there will be a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, which is applied to the final purchase price upon arrival/purchase of the item. 
• There are very few exceptions to what we can order from Previews. Occasionally, you may want a single toy from a case assortment that would normally not order. You are welcome to purchase the entire case, but there are rare examples of series we just don't carry. We will, however, do our best to fill every order from Previews, as well as keep an eye out for that item in collections. 
• While we cannot simply order older, out of production comics and toys, we always try to keep an eye and ear our for items you are looking for while we process collections. Make sure to give us your name and number, and let us know which items you are looking for specifically.
